Wesley Chibambo commonly known as King Dandy has called for the split of the Ministry Arts and Tourism. Chibambo says the ministry should be split into Ministry of Arts and Ministry of Tourism respectively.
He says the current ministry pays much attention to tourism neglecting arts. The “Dibili dibili” hit maker explains that currently musicians do not benefit from the ministry as well as the National Arts Council of Zambia, Zambia Association of Musician (ZAM) and Zambia Music Copyright and Protection Society (ZAMCOPS).
Chibambo further called for the abolishment of the three named organizations as they do not add value to musicians in the country.
